Following the Asset Quality Review (AQR) process alongside the results of the stress tests conducted in
cooperation with the European Banking Authority (EBA), the European banking landscape was set to be
re-shaped.

Linklaters recognised the need for Eurozone banks to appreciate the practical implications of these
far-reaching developments, which aim to enhance the transparency of the balance sheets of significant
banks, trigger balance sheet repair where necessary, and rebuild investor confidence in the Eurozone
banking sector.

We worked with Linklaters to produce a striking but understated thought leadership document that
provided serious insight into the emerging regulatory landscape.

The design featured complex guilloche patterns that echo the look and feel of an engraved banknote or
security certificate, whilst suggesting impacts or shockwaves in the system.
