Corporate identity and quality assurance ‘badging’
Working with Kent County Council to ‘support and promote all that is made, manufactured and grown in Kent’, we created a woodcut-style identity to help convey ‘home grown’ and ‘crafted’.

Along with a comprehensive identity design and application including literature, signage, member’s packs and merchandise, the website was re-engineered to encourage wider collaboration amongst producers and empower them to apply for membership and upload their own promotional content within the directory database.

While the identity acted as both enabler and influencer, the community-wide proposition needed to include all businesses and sectors, regardless of size, and be membership driven – owned and managed by the ‘collective’.

I can honestly say that without doubt the progress that Produced in Kent has made over the last 18 months has been in no small part as a result of the input of Toucari Live. All this achieved within the difficult environment of public sector procurement, local government politics and serving a traditionally sceptical audience within the rural economy.
